If you’re on the border of measurements, we recommend you to size up. We generally base our measurements on waist and not hips since all the materials we use for leggings are stretchable. As long as they sit well on your waist, they will contour your hips nicely.

No, duties and taxes are not included in your order total. You will have to pay for these upon receiving your order. These will be determined by your local customs authority.
We deliver international orders through DHL Express and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing. Processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping it out.
For Philippine orders, local couriers usually take 1-2 days if within Metro Manila and 3-5 days provincial via LBC Express. Processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping it out. If coverage allows it, you may also opt for Grab/Lalamove upon checkout for same day shipping. (Customer books the ride)
For international orders, DHL will inform you of your shipping schedule via SMS or email notification once your package arrives at your destination. You may coordinate your availability with them directly to ensure you will be home to sign and receive the package.
Customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the items once the courier attempts delivery. Customer is also responsible if their package is redirected or is marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
DHL will notify you of their delivery schedule. Failure to respond to their SMS and email notifications means that they will deliver on their selected schedule. However, once they have declared that the package was redirected, Lotus Activewear is no longer responsible for the items or any fees that will incur. Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct.
Once you place an order through our website, you will instantly receive an order confirmation in the email address you provided. If you did not receive an email, you can check your Spam folder or you may have possibly entered the wrong email address. We have a strict no return, no exchange policy for international orders.
For orders within the Philippines, we accept returns up to 7 business days from date of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY.
Exchange requests beyond the 7 business days grace period will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and this is non-refundable.
- All sale items are considered final and cannot be returned
- All return items must be in the same unused condition as they were received, with all tags attached. Washing, staining (including makeup) or any alterations made to the garments are considered as damaging it.
- For hygienic purposes, all underwear, swimwear and accessories are not eligible for returns.

All of our items go through strict quality control before being sealed and shipped out. We cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Return items will go through inspection as soon as we receive them and once approved, your store credits will be released. We cannot release store credits without receiving the return item first.
Lotus Activewear uses only high quality fabric and materials. Our fabrics are designed to be optimal for an active lifestyle and will contour and move with your body. Most of our fabrics are nylon, polyester and spandex blends.

We accept Visa, JCB and Mastercard credit cards through Paypal. We also take store credit in the form of e-gift cards. All international orders are processed in USD. The conversion rate would depend on your credit card company.
For Philippine orders, we accept Visa, JCB, Mastercard and debit cards through our integrated Paymaya Checkout. We also accept BDO/BPI bank transfers and Gcash payments. Payment instructions will automatically be emailed to you upon checkout.

We do not store your credit card information, nor do we share your personal details with any third party. All credit card payments are secured by Paypal or Paymaya, the latter of which will ask for a one-time-pin verification via SMS.
Our team works around the clock to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. However, if you have already checked out, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your item has not yet been shipped out, we may be able to help you. Please take note that we only allow refunds in store credits.
