How can I pay?
We take Visa, JCB, Mastercard and debit cards. We also accept store credit in the form of e-gift cards. The exchange rate depends on your credit card company.
For local orders, we also take BDO/BPI bank transfers and Gcash payments.
Is your website safe for payments?
Yes, our website is secure. We have protections to prevent identity theft, spam, and phishing attacks. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to keep your personal information safe. For credit card payments, we use only bank accredited service providers.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We only use sustainably sourced good-quality materials like nylon, polyester, and spandex. These are great for active lifestyles and also work as shapewear, fitting and moving with your body.
How do I confirm if my orders go through?
You'll get an email confirmation right after placing your order on our website. If you don't see it in a minute, check your Spam folder. If there's a problem, email us at contact@shoplotusactivewear.com. Payment details will come after you check out.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you've finished checking out, contact us within 24 hours to make changes or cancel.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yeah, we do! Everyone all over the world can be Comfortably Active.
For local orders
Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping out, and shipping usually takes 1-2 days within Metro Manila and 3-5 days for provincial areas.
We accept returns up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is store credit refunds only.
For international orders
We deliver international orders through DHL Express, which usually takes 5-7 business days after processing. Processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping out.
You will be contacted by your local courier prior to delivery.

How do I make a return?
You can send us a message through Viber or Facebook so we can send you instructions for the return process.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy for international orders.
For local orders, we accept returns up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is store credit refunds only.
All sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
Am I eligible for returns?
All return items must be in the same unused condition as they were received. Items that are washed, stained, or altered in any manner are not eligible to return.
For hygienic purposes, all underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns.
How do I deal with damaged items?
If you received a damaged item, message us through Viber or Facebook so we can quickly sort it out for you. For international orders, email us at contact@shoplotusactivewear.com. Don’t forget to provide images of the faulty item.
We are not liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
How long does the return process take?
Return items will go through inspection as soon as we receive them. Once approved, your store credit will be released.
We cannot release store credit without receiving a returned item first.
